How do you use Seed Cycle?
- Consume 1 Tbsp each flax seeds and pumpkin seeds daily during the follicular phase (days 1 to 14)
- Consume 1 Tbsp each sesame and sunflower seeds daily during the luteal phase (days 14 to 28-35)
How to use and when to consume
Start from the first day of your period
- Day 1-14
- 1 tsp pumpkin 1 tsp flax
- Day 15-28
- 1 tsp sesame 1 tsp sunflower
